Starting off the day listening to a podcast is a great way to stay motivated and accomplish the goals you set out for yourself. Overall Podcasts are an amazing way to learn new things, pick up new skills, and help with boosting your mood.
2. Practice Gratitude + Journaling when waking up
Practicing gratitude is the key to attracting all your aspirations and goals to yourself. It has been shown to be extremely beneficial for your social and psychological well-being. Ultimately Starting off the day journaling all the things you are grateful for and your intentions sets you up for a highly productive day.
3. Set your phone on DND
Its very easy to get distracted by our phones when its right next to us pinging with notifications! A great way to stay productive is to switch your phone to do not disturb or turning off notifications when working on tasks.
4. Taking Short/ Frequent Breaks
Breaks can help maintain your concentration which is essential to stay productive. For example, create a schedule where you are solely focused on your tasks and then give yourself a short break. Such as, work for an hour and 30 minutes straight and give yourself a 5-10 minute break before getting back to work.
5. Cutting off phone usage an hour before bed
Cutting off phone usage right before bed can improve the quality of your sleep, which directly affects our productivity levels the next day. Most of the content on our phones are highly stimulating making it harder to fall asleep. For example, replacing your phone with a book before bed is a great way to relax and drift into a good nights rest.
6. Create a Vision Board
Creating a vision board is an amazing way to stay inspired. Being reminded of your goals and your dream life can help you take actionable steps to achieving them.
7. Plan out your day the night before
One of the best ways to utilize your time is by planning out your day. In fact, doing this will help you focus on top priorities. For example, try writing down the 5 most important tasks for the day and mark them off one by one. There is no better feeling!

This one may sound silly but i swear by! Something as easy as making your bed in the morning can improve your mood by keeping your room feeling calm and orderly.
